Welcome to RETO!, a mobile application owned and operated by RETO! LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the RETO! app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.


1. LICENSE TO USE


We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use RETO! for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.


2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS


Some features of RETO! require a paid subscription. All transactions are handled through Apple’s App Store or Google Play using RevenueCat as the purchase management platform.


You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations or changes, through your app store account settings.


3. NO USER ACCOUNTS OR PERSONAL DATA


RETO! does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or address. Subscriptions are anonymous and linked only to your device via your app store account.


4. CONTENT DISCLAIMER


RETO! includes challenges that may involve third-party content, such as YouTube videos, music clips, or images. Some of this content may not suitable for all users.


We do not control the content of third-party sources and are not responsible for its accuracy, appropriateness, or availability.


5. AGE RECOMMENDATION


RETO! is suitable for general audiences, but certain features may be best suited for users aged 13 and up, especially those involving music or media.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All content in RETO!, including game mechanics, visual design, icons, characters, and sound effects, is the intellectual property of RETO! LLC and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.


7. RESTRICTIONS


You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use RETO! in any unlawful or fraudulent manner
  • Disrupt or interfere with app operation or other users

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


RETO! LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including any content errors or app interruptions.


9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS


We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
