RETO! LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) owns and operates the mobile application RETO! The Party Challenge Game (the “App” or “RETO!”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.


1. LICENSE TO USE


We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.


2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS


Some features of the App require a paid subscription. All transactions are handled through the App Store or Google Play using RevenueCat as the purchase management platform.


You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations or changes, through your app store account settings.


3. NO USER ACCOUNTS OR PERSONAL DATA


The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or address. Subscriptions are anonymous and linked only to your device via your app store account.


4. CONTENT DISCLAIMER


The App includes challenges that may involve third-party content, such as YouTube videos, music clips, or images. Some of this content may not be suitable for all users.


We do not control the content of third-party sources and are not responsible for its accuracy, appropriateness, or availability.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All content in the App, including game mechanics, visual design, custom icons, characters, sound effects, and app music (excluding some embedded content from YouTube videos) is the intellectual property of RETO! LLC and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.


6. RESTRICTIONS


You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App in any unlawful or fraudulent manner
  • Disrupt or interfere with app operation or other users

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


RETO! LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including any content errors or app interruptions.


8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS


We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
